Lira Eye Clinic was founded in 2015 to bring world-class eye care to Northern Uganda. We started with one small room and a big dream: to make sure no one in Lira loses their vision because they could not access quality treatment.
Today we are a fully equipped clinic located at Children’s Park Road, offering everything from basic eye checks to advanced cataract surgery. Our mission is simple: “Clear vision for every person in Lira and beyond.”

Our Story Over the years we have helped more than 15,000 patients regain their sight. We also run free eye camps in surrounding villages every year because we believe eye care should reach everyone.
